Tornado Tunnel Car Wash

I came here for the 1^st time some years ago after hearing they were now owned by a car wash further north that I would go to. This place is perfect because it’s 2 mins away from home. My last visit 2 weeks ago was just OK. My windshield on the inside was not cleaned to the edges. My back window had Streaks all across the width and length of it, some spots on the outside not cleaned by machine weren’t addressed $ 9.99 is a good deal, but I guess I rather go farther for a better job. Not sure why the quality of work declined

I come here often in the summer for their special Tornado Wash. I needed to get my car detailed. My love took it over at 8am and we picked it up after work. They did a beautiful job, my car was looking brand new! Love it! It was a great price too, very worth it.

They do a great job in and out. They lost a star only because the missed a few little spots and I’m picky like that, especially when I upgraded to the most expensive wash.
Anyway staff is friendly and we didn’t wait long. I’ve been here several times and never had a bad wash. Highly recommend.

Cheap place that does a good job inside and out. You can watch your car the whole time, but interested kids will need a boost to see. Just pull up, tell them what you want, roll up your windows, leave your keys, and go in and pay. There are vending machines, coffee, and bathrooms for you while you wait.
Note that they do charge an extra penny more than advertised, rounding up.

So today I decided that it was time to take in my car for a much deserved interior and exterior cleaning. I chose a good time to take it in because on Monday between 8 to 10 AM they offer a discount on their Tornado top tier service, which I chose obviously. In the end, I left an overall satisfied customer, but not 100% satisfied. I was completely satisfied with how the exterior came out; there were no residual stains, it was hand dried thoroughly, tire dressing was applied well, and the car was left nice and shiny. However, on the inside, they could have vacuumed a bit more thoroughly, the front passenger window could have used a bit more Windex, and the cup holders could have been cleaned better also. But on a positive note, the dashboard and mats were cleaned nicely. I understand that a car wash is like an assembly line where the goal is to wash and clean as quick and efficiently as possible while trying to be as thorough as possible at the same time, but I would only expect that when there is a long line of cars waiting and not only two or three cars, including mine. But for the price and overall results, I will be a repeat customer as they offer a punch card which, after 8 paid washes, the 9^th is free.
