Tj Nails

Frankly speaking, they suck in just about everything but eyebrows. Seriously, I live down the street and the one time I got my nails done by them they damn near ripped off my skin, nail polish didn’t take long to start peeling, overall never go there for nails. Please save your money. Celine’s nails is a place I would suggest that is much better, if anyone would like one. And if you’re thinking I’m promoting them, I’m not. I just think for the Chicagoland area and good pricing they almost can’t be beat.

I recently went to Tj Nails to get a pedicure the service was mediocre, they weren’t personable or friendly. The nail tech engage in continuous conversation in her native language with other coworker/​family member, that did not bother me as much as her eagerness to just get my money; the only time she spoke to me was to pay my bill before the service was completed. I also purchased a pair of sandals to wear out of the salon mind you, the sandals were literally unraveling and coming apart on my feet the same day. I took the defected sandals back to the salon and explained that I bought them the day before however they refused to exchange the shoes nor would they give me my money back. There was just no respect and bad customer service. I would never go back there again.
