My law practice is dedicated solely to helping clients obtain their Social Security disability benefits. After becoming an attorney in 2001, Mr. White worked with his father, Robert White, a well-​known Social Security attorney, in representing disability claimants before the Social Security Administration. In 2005, Robert White became a Judge with the Social Security Administration, while Timothy White continued to serve claimants in obtaining disability benefits.

In addition to being a past the chairman of the Chicago Bar Association’s Social Security Law Committee, I am also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) as well as the American Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
