Tick​ets​First​Class​.com has been at this location across from Wrigley Field since the corporation was founded in the spring 2003. This goes back to the days when the location was called Hi-​Tops! The location has been named Harry Caray’s Tavern now for the last two seasons. The new name for the location is called Club162. Tick​ets​First​Class​.com is a member of the Central States Ticket Broker Association and the National Association of Ticket Brokers. Licensed and bonded in the city of Chicago and the State of Illinois.

Zero Stars! I have never reviewed a company for Unilocal but I have never been treated so rudely by a company. I’m pretty sure the owner has some issues with customer service. Like the other reviews I too experienced an extra charge IN ADDITION to sales tax which I was not aware of until he had my card info. I told him I would not pay this and he laughed at me saying it was sales tax. Sir — I know it’s chicago but it’s not 35% sales tax. I was told I would be issued a refund and have yet to recieve it. I called him just now to get it and he told me to call my credit card company after talking to me like I was a moron b/​c I cared that my $ 236 had not come back after 10 days.

Rude. Unprofessional. Disgusted. What a horrible transaction. These people should not be allowed to do business as a company. They told me they had hard tickets for me and I had to pick them up. Ok… So I go to pick them up. The one guy tells me he’s not there and I have to meet up with someone else. This someone else wouldn’t pick up his phone. Over 30 minutes later, I have to go find him after he finally calls me back. He reaches into his pocket to give me a crunched up pair of e-​tickets. Really? After causing a stir, he ‘happened’ to have 2 hard tickets in his pocket. What a scam. Do not use
