I know this bar, but not the address. On the west side of Western, between McLean and Charleston. Dirty, dark, buzzer bar. Full of vaguely threatening drunks. We ordered our Old Style from a bartender who had on a really filthy sweater. (hint, the beer type is the clue to the location of this place).
One star for the pool table.
(Oh yeah, I think the name is the Western Inn, but I could be wrong. Sorry to reveal this five star «secret» not worth it.)
