The WORST ever! Our condo building hired WL after a long search. We let them go after only 6 months or so. They did nothing and were very difficult to deal with. If your building is considering them, please think again. You will regret it!

warning, will robinson! My suggestion is to be careful if your building is considering using them. I am only sharing my thoughts and experiences, I had no positive interactions with them and they managed my condo building for @ 7 years. You might be saying, Come on, nothing positive in 7 years? YES, my answer is, NOTHING!!! They were difficult to deal with. I believe in staying positive, and believing that things will work out, however, the only thing that worked out with them is that we got a different company to manage the building! Think twice before your building hires them! If your building is considering using them, check with their past clients for satisfaction, dig a bit deeper than their supplied references.
