History

Established in 2013.

The LANDING is an Aramark Café. It was opened in January 2013 on the 1st Floor of Boeing building. Its prime location was ideal for a hip restaurant to provide quick and efficient service for the fast-​paced lives of Chicagoians without detracting from the quality of great food with fresh ingredients.

While it pains me to give less than 4 stars, because Marcus (the chef) is a breakfast wizard. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.
You see, The Landing (formerly Café 100) opened after renovations in Jan 2013, and when they reopened, they had adjusted some of their pricing mechanisms. What was once a $ 2.30 cup of cottage cheese is now priced by the ounce. The cup size had not changed, however, when I filled it myself, I found that this same cup had effectively DOUBLED in price.
I cannot, in good conscience, endorse a restaurant that charges upwards to $ 5 for a few spoonfuls of cottage cheese.
