Joyce is a miracle worker — she did wonders for my back (herniated disk). I particularly liked the Thai Massage technique; it’s like yoga for lazy people!
I found her to be friendly and approachable as well.

Totally booked up and impossible to make an appointment. Plus she was quite rude to me, and over text message no less! I understand the limitations of a small business owner, but that doesn’t mean customer service should ever be sacrificed.

I’m surprised there aren’t more glowing reviews of Joyce and her work! I wanted to add my 2 cents to the wonderful experience I had recently receiving a thai massage from Joyce. I had purchased a lifebooker not knowing what to expect and am so thankful I tried this place out! I have had a lingering strain in my upper back neck area from a pulled muscle from 5 years ago that continued to bother me randomly to this day, and any strange sleeping position I may wake and it becomes agitated, etc. I’ve gone to chiropractors and various massage therapists but have never felt my range of motion in my neck become as fluid as after my thai massage with Joyce at the insp center! Joyce is a very friendly expert and she’ll put me at ease as she worked out the knots in my back and neck, she is very knowledgeable about thai massage and healing in general and I felt comfortable asking questions and addressing my particular concerns about my body and health. For the hour I had she stretched and twisted my body in ways I didn’t think possible, and afterward I felt like Gumby, and am still feeling great even weeks after the treatment. I’m defineatly going back to her to continue to work on my problem areas in my neck and hope to continue to sense improvement. One session with Joyce was more beneficial than so many other massages I’ve ever had and thus I had to write this review to hopefully encourage any other Unilocalers out there to give her a try!

Quite simply the best massage I’ve had. This place is great if you’re looking for a no-​frills clinical massage. I have had many sessions with Joyce and she knows her stuff, answers questions honestly, listens to the body, and gives excellent between-​session treatment advice. She isn’t in a rush to fix the problems she finds; she works with the body and helps heal it, not just get a quick fix.
If you want robes and flowers and a bunch of extras, go somewhere else. If you want to get your body on the way to moving and feeling like it’s supposed to, go to INSP.
