History

Established in 1991.

Previously owned by Miguel and Sonia Sanchez, this quaint location has been a popular hot spot for decades. Recently acquired by Chef Andrew Novak, Chef Owner of Tapas Gitana in Northfield. Chef Andy brings his love of the Spanish culture and cuisine as well as his attention to detail and insistence for quality and freshness to the table. His creative dishes and daily specials have won over the Northshore and is expected to do the same at his new location.
