Tangible Interiors Inc. specializes in custom-​made, high-​quality European furniture for every area of a sophisticated modern home, including contemporary living and dining room furniture, customized closet systems, fashionable interior decorations and lighting.

Most of our manufacturers are located in Italy and produce either 100% customized furniture made to order or semi-​custom pieces that are based on standardized modularity but come in a variety of finishes/​upholstery and allow for multiple configurations and sizes.

We do not maintain any stock and all our products, with exception of showroom displays that are available for sale from time to time, require individual production and shipping to North America (primarily US and Canada). While this business model does not allow for immediate delivery, it allows our team of interior designers to create a perfectly tailored solution for each project and client.

All of our services, from interior design provided by qualified staff to procurement, delivery and installation is managed in-​house and guarantees the most time effective and economical solution.

We maintain a showroom in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, right beside our sister company — Euroluxe Interiors that specializes in Italian cabinetry, interior doors and bathroom vanities. Established in 2014.

Gene Sokol, the founder of Euroluxe Interiors and Tangible Interiors, has over 11 years of experience in supplying European remodeling products to the United States. The journey into this field began for Gene in 2003, when he introduced several brands of European home remodeling products to Chicago area’s builder community. The success of this initial operation served as a building block to what has grown into a full scale retail operation serving individual clients and professionals alike.

Gene continued to expand and diversify by developing more trade contacts in Italy, the world leader in home furnishing and design. He makes it his priority to continuously seek new products and keep up with ever-​changing world of interior design trends. Gene travels to multiple trade shows and professional events every year, such as Eurocucina and Salone Internazionale del Mobile trade fairs in Milan that are considered the paramount events for the trade worldwide.
