T N T Barber Shop

This was not my first choice for a place to get my sons hair cut. Nothing against the establishment, I just tried some other places that didnt work out… I was in need to get my sons hair cut on Saturday morning and did not think with the vast majorty of barbers in my area, it would be so hard to find one… with some if not Great customer service. This was truely a delima for me. I was outside of one establishment when I called to just make sure it would be ok to walk in when I was abruptly put on hold, well the phone was sat down. My only question was «Do you have anyone avail to cut my sons hair?» I waited for about 30 sec and hung up. I then made my way a few steps down and decided to walk into the next establishment. There was a barber that I knew in there that asked another barber if he could cut my sons hair… Not a problem. He looked at me like I had asked him to do it for Free and pay ME to allow him to cut my sons hair. After he «ugh», and contimplated, then told me «yeah I guess so». I politely said «I’LL BE BACK» and ofcourse got in my car and left. Now dont get me wrong. I do not expect Red Carpet, but act like you want my money even if you dont Need it! That is how I ended up at TNT. I got on my phone and looked up barber shops and TNT showed up as the next closest to me now. I called and the gentleman on the phone said Goodmorning, I asked my 1 question {do you have anyone avail}. I was told, «Sure, come on in we take walk ins». I wasnt concerned about time, just wanted to know before I wasted my time or anyone elses just walking in. They were busy but the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone acknowledged me when I walked in, asked me to have a seat and said «someone will be with you shortly». He then told the other barbers that were working that I was waiting to let them know I needed servicing. I was then told that I would be next by one of the barbers. My son was in and out with a fresh new hair cut that was done exceptionally well!!! Thanks TNT for a job well done with service to top it off!
