Established in 2006.

T.H.E. Management, Inc. has been successfully managing properties in Illinois since 2006. We quickly realized that many condominium associations lack the information and funding they need to properly address their problems. We have developed strategies over the years that have proven effective and efficient to resolve these issues for our clients — regardless of their financial situation.

We provide the bridge of experience and knowledge to relieve homeowners’ uncertainties as to appropriate condo management protocols as outlined in the declarations and state law. Property management can be overwhelming to first-​time or long-​time unit owners. Our goal is to bring about more stability within the communities in which we work by educating and empowering unit owners.

Business Owner

Samuel Lewis, the CEO and Founder of T.H.E. Management, Inc., has over six years experience as a Community Association Manager. He initiaties and participates in the planning and refocusing of community associations together with their board members and unit owners. Mr. Lewis has assisted many homeowners’ groups in overcoming the various problems and issues that arise with condominium management. Mr. Lewis has partnered with legal and financial professionals to guarantee that client issues are addressed in a fast and concise fashion. He studied The Illinois State Statue on Condominium Law and By-​Laws to ensure superior service to condominium owners.
