History

Established in 1985.

After my PhD at The University of Michigan, I taught for 4 years at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, followed by 4 years as a consultant to a group specializing in forensic psychology, followed by developing my own clinical practice. This i have now been doing for about 30 years. I consider it a privilege to be a psychologist and derive immense satisfaction from my role in helping others change and grow.

…I can only encourage you to set up a first appointment to see what the experience is like. This appears to be a major hurdle: getting into the office! It is likely not what you anticipate it to be. My office is relaxing and calm, not white walls and sterile. it is a comfortable experience, where i am on your side; it is not me studying you but us working together. it is an unusual relationship, amazing in that only one hour weekly can lead to change.
