Subway

excellent service by the way, but the reason why I am giving it a neutral rating is because there is one employee who jokes way to much that same person tried to short change a regular customer out of a dollar was not pleased today. there was also the time I wanted to buy 1 cookie, but they sold me 2 for a dollar which is a bargain but they refused to sell 1 cookie individually becouse they told me it was already charged. when i know suways sells cookies for about 68 cents each. I did not want to fight them that day so i let them take advantage of me that day. I would still continue to buy sandwitches from them but not coookies over all very nice people at that subway.

Horrible customer service. We ordered 2 six inch sandwiches. Guy kept asking about adding extra cheese, extra bacon, cookies, like trying to sell the whole freaking menu. When he was getting the sandwiches ready I realized he was preparing 3, so I told him that I asked for only two and he said «I got you, I got you» so I didn’t insist. When it was time to pay, he brings and charges 3 sandwiches. Politely I said we wanted only 2. Apparently we made the mistake because they got really upset and disrespectful. We had our sandwiches at the store but we felt really uncomfortable because the whole time this 2 guys were looking at us non stop. We will never come back. Horrible experience.

Excellent service every time and the manager Rahm is friendly every day! Best Subway experience I have received.

I know it’s just subway but the customer service and attentiveness of the staff deserves a review. My
Gf and I regular visit at this subway and after every visit we leave satisfied. The manager is phenomenal and makes the experience worth the visit. They are extremely attentive and always to give «a little more» if that’s what you would like. Four thumbs up from us!

The manager here is cool as hell! Always a positive vibe. I would recommend this place!

A Subway is a Subway is a Subway.
So not true!
For I have been to other certain Subway locations/​franchises where
they have piled on the lettuce to the extreme that I thought it was a
salad, or. my Oven Roasted Chicken Breast tasted like it just came out
of the freezer instead of their li’l o’l toaster oven.
However, yesterday, as I was out walking in the rain I ventured out to
Dunning Plaza located at Irving Pk and Narragansett which is a strip
mall of sorts, which I kindda like because it has some stores that I like
attached to it like Card Frenzy, and my favorite Skechers Outlet, and okay,
Jewel-​Osco where I can use my hefty 5% discount for purchases.
However, it also has a Dollar Tree which I don’t like since I used to work
for them as an Assistant Manager and they were mean to me so Nuff said
about that!
But, I did find this Subway location and since I had a decent coupon I
ventured inside and was welcomed nicely by the employee person and
he took my order right away, and I must say there were a few people
in line ahead of me but this guy moved everyone through in such a
speedy process, Boy, was I liking this!
And, when I opened my sandwich when I got it home, okay it looked
a little squished but that sandwich was so delicious, and pretty healthy too!
For I like my Chicken Sandwiches with no mayo, no cheese, but lotsa
mustard and pickles. ahhh. okay, and lettuce too!
So, to Subway, I say Thanks. because even though I got pretty soaked
walking around in the rain you kind of made it worthwhile and delivered
me a pretty stellar sandwich…
But then, like my 29 year old son used to say to me, I could walk in
the rain all I wanted and I should’nt worry because I was’nt going to melt
like Sugar.
I don’t know cause I always thought I was pretty sweet!
And, let’s leave it at that…

I am not really sure if this is near The Brickyard, but if it is be careful! I went to this location about maybe 2 years ago. I went with my father and his girlfriend. So when my stepmom ordered she ordered a dark bread, I don’t know what it was called. So when the girl was serving it, the bread was breaking. So my stepmom asked her why is it breaking? The girl said «oh we’ll it does that when it’s old.» LIKE WHAT WHY SERVE A CUSTOMER OLD BREAD?! So my stepmom tells her if it’s old I don’t want it and she asked for a new one. The girl said ok. So when she reread our order, my stepmom said «yeah but not the old one» and the girl says «I know I heard you!» After that my stepmom got really mad but she kept calm so when we got our food we said we want it to go. When we got in our car my stepmom said «I shoulda slapped her» I would give it a 5 star if the service wasn’t rude and the food wasn’t old!

It is like any other subway food wise. It’s clean and the employees are courteous. I only dock off for the lack of sugar for their iced tea, which was disappointing. A little sugar can go a long way.
