History

Established in 2007.

John Carlin started Suburban Legal Group PC in 2007 to provide a more personal and affordable legal experience for consumers in Schaumburg and the greater Chicago, Illinois area.

John brought in top attorneys Tracy Wang to help a growing pool of clients with debt and real estate challenges.

As of today, Suburban Legal Group PC’s bankruptcy attorneys and real estate lawyers have been involved in thousands of bankruptcy and real estate matters, representing debtors and real estate transactions as well as IRS and tax related legal issues.

We have the experience to provide the legal representation you deserve in a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, foreclosure services, residential real estate transactions, and IRS and tax issues.

Our offices are located in Chicago and Schaumburg, Illinois.

Partner and Attorney John C.

Business Owner

John Carlin has been practicing Bankruptcy law for over 11 years. During this time, he filed thousands of petitions and gained significant understanding and experience of Consumer Bankruptcy Law. He has deep compassion for his clients and a strong commitment to their needs.

John has handled significant litigation in the United States Bankruptcy Court. He has successfully discharged thousands of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases, confirmed hundreds of Chapter 13 reorganization plans, and has forced debt collectors to pay tens of thousands in compensation to his clients. John and his Associates represent every part of their clients’ Bankruptcy matters and are always available for assistance.

John has also taught Continuing Legal Education Seminars to fellow attorneys on the Bankruptcy process. He has forced creditors to pay thousands of dollars in sanctions penalties for violations of his clients’ rights.
