History

Established in 1989.

The business began in 1989 with Star Tracks Karaōke and ran as the most revered and respected karaōke company in the Midwest. The owner of STK made the decision to move his family and his business to Maui in January of 2015. Current owners Bob Fortich and Greg Anthony came together to keep the party going and forming Star Tracks Chicago. The two bring over 50 years of hosting and business experience and the end of this journey doesn’t seem to be any time soon.

Business Owner

Bob Fortich and Greg Anthony were the two longest reigning hosts in the history of Star Tracks Karaōke. Bob and Greg decided to join forces and keep the party going by combining to become Star Tracks Chicago in 2015.

Bob Fortich began with the original Star Tracks Karaōke in 1989 when the business first started. After many years as a host, Bob became the sole host at one of Chicago’s most notorious karaōke hot spots… Sidekicks…where he ran amok for many years before returning to Star Tracks Karaōke as its last remaining host until the business moved to Maui in February 2015. Bob brings over 25 years of experience with him.

Greg Anthony joined STK in the spring of 1991 and learned the business both inside and out becoming one of the most sought after and visible KJ’s in the STK family. He retired from the business in 2003 to pursue his dream as a singer/songwriter releasing two albums from 2006 to 2014. Greg returned to join Bob in 2015 to form STC. Greg brings 22+ years experience.
