BEWARE! The management company just sued me for late assessment payments although they’ve had authorization to automatic debit for 10 years!!! The building is VERY POORLY managed and not worth the investment. It cuts against my interest in trying to sell my place, but I thought the public should know what shit show is going on in management.

Skybridge is a great place to live! Excellent, award-​winning building with very LARGE units and INCREDIBLE VIEWS from every unit. The staff and management are great. There is a beautiful rooftop deck and fitness room.
The proximity to the city can’t be beat — we even have 2 bus lines (#8 & #20) that stop right at our front door. But the best amenity is that there is a Dominicks with Starbucks and Chase Bank branch right in the building!
I give Skybridge a 5 out of 5!

I was an occupant here but moved.
It seems like as the years have gone on, the people that choose to live in this building are rude and pretentious.
The front desk staff is awesome.
Darryl, Janet, Dwayne, and Karl all do a great job and aim to please.
The building’s architecture is modern but cold.
The actual Skybridge name is for the glass bridge that connects one side of the building to the other… on a clear night the view to the west is beautiful.
There is not bike parking unless you go to the Dominicks below the building.
Sometimes the weird loop for pickup and dropoffs gets crowded or people just park their cars.
It is a beautiful building, but I am glad I no longer live there.
