Our company Simple Pastry is a home based bakery– built from the ground up. I am a first time bakery owner– I have gained ownership experience by observing others in my environment. In my past experience, I have co-​owned Top Shelf Status in Chicago’s Ford City Mall. I’ve also worked in Chicago’s well known African Festival in Washington Park– promoting retail’s Body Shapers. In the mist of all this, I am best at pastry. I love cooking and ownership. I have practice personal bookkeeping many years, so inclusion I said «why not start a home based bakery?»
