Sign America

I paid Mr. Shariff’s company 4 grand to install a sign on my business. The sign went out three times, we had a technician come out only one time. When I asked the professional what the problem was, I was informed that the sign was not properly installed the first time. In addition to this, I was asked to pay a fee for the technician to fix a sign that wasn’t installed properly in the first place.
When I bought this up with Mr. Shariff, I was informed that his company would no longer be performing technician services on my sign. I got a second opinion from a third party company and they confirmed that the sign was not installed and wired properly the first time.
I’m a reasonable person, but I expect professional service. Sign America was anything but professional with me and I felt nickeled and dimed at every turn. If you are serious about the signage on your business, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere as I should have.

Love these guys! I’ve been doing work with them for the past 4 years and they have never disappointed. They always meet their deadlines and their work is outstanding. Never any issues.
I have recommended them to many friends and family and each time I see their work it’s the same great quality. This is why they will always get my business.

I would very much like to give them negative stars, I’ve never met anyone less professional than the man who owns Sign America. They made two banners and installed them for my business. I explained to them that the wind is a problem and can sometimes rip the signs, he assured me it would be no problem that they would last, well they didn’t. They never put slits in the banners so they ripped almost immediately, we had to get the banners fixed and reinstalled which took far too long. Then within three months one of the banners ripped again, not sure they ever fixed it correctly the first time it ripped. I have been waiting months for them to replace the sign… I call regularly asking when they will replace the sign and they say ok we’ll be there this week to replace your sign guess what, I’m still waiting.
Thanks Sign America for being so unprofessional! Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SIGN AMERICA!!!

These guys know what they are doing and can on the spot make you a sign!!! My husband needed a sign for his store and the price was rock bottom and they came in the next morning (we went in late, 630 pm) to put the sign in for us downtown. It was a sticker sign for the pizza machine we have. Worked out great.

Great customer service and a great product. Glad I found Sign America online instead of going to the local store here in Orange County.
