SGJ Property Management, Inc. was started in 2007 with the goal of providing quality, service-​oriented condo management for associations in the Chicago area. We believe there is a real need for management that is designed exclusively around the condominium and townhome platforms. Each building is unique in its specific needs, requirements and expectations. Whether this condo is a stepping-​stone to eventually purchasing a house or you are a planning to be a lifetime resident in your building, you deserve not only a competent management service but also a true steward for your investment.

Business Owner

Sarah Gullette-​Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of SGJ Property Management, Inc. With over ten years of real estate experience in a corporate capacity, Sarah began SGJ Property Management, Inc. in 2008. her day to day responsibilities include general corporate oversight, client relations, business development and community education.

Sarah attended college at Millikin University and earned her real estate license in 2008. She is a former member of the Condo Committee for the Bronzeville Area Residents Commerce Council, and serves on the membership committee for ACTHA. She earned her designation as an ACTHA Certified Leader, holds her CMCA and AMS license through Community Associations Institute, is an Illinois licensed Community Association Manager and a notary public. Most recently Sarah graduated from the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
