Serendipity Labs was founded with a singular vision: to provide premium, members-​only workplaces with high performance meeting facilities at corporate standards.

Our mission is to build a network of inspirational workplaces, to enhance the quality of worklife of our members and their guests, through company-​owned, franchised, and managed lab locations.

Meet the Serendipity Labs Chicago OSW General Manager

Before taking over the position of GM at Serendipity Labs Chicago, Andreas Brandl was responsible for the Front of House operations at several landmark properties around the globe utilizing nearly two decades of experience and passion for hospitality. Prior to joining FRHI in Chicago, Andreas held multiple senior Rooms division positions at the New York Palace and dedicated his talent to the Starwood brand on the island of Maui. His latest position at the Swissotel Chicago was Director of Front Office where he took part in restructuring the Front/​Back of House operation. Before working in the United States, Andreas was part of the pre-​opening team at Dubai’s Madinat Jumeirah. In his function as a Club Lounges Manager, he was responsible for two Club Lounges.

Andreas was born in Austria and received his training in Hospitality Management in Germany.
