Fantastic bedside manner and he knows his medicine. He is very conversational, listens to your symptoms closely, he is open to suggestions about approaches, and looks up things he doesn’t know. No doctor knows everything, but most have egos that get in the way of them admitting that. Dr. O’Connor isn’t one of those guys. Another reason I’d give him six stars is the efficiency of his staff. I’m never on hold, he gets messages I leave, and his nurse Emily has her act together in a way that makes communication smooth and efficient. She is smart on her feet. She is incredible.

If you need good honest medical advice, Dr. O’Connor is your man. I’m confident that he cares about the patient’s health above all else. Dr. O’C has been doing everything he can to keep me healthy for 5 years now. He’s not afraid to call it how he sees it.(I know I need to exercise more. I swear I’ll start next month.) The rest of the staff in his office is great too. When he’s out of the office I’ve always been able to get a quick appointment with someone else.

Sick and tired of being sick and tired??? Dr. O’Connor and his practice are my go to guys(and gals) for when my immune system is in desperate need of a tune up. I’m not necessarily the best about keeping up with my yearly check-ups and routine health maintenance, but Doc O’C never lays on the guilt… he is always friendly, warm, attentive and spends as much time with me as I need to kvetch(yes, it’s a word) and plead for him to just cut my nose off already. Delightful bedside manner at my service! I usually call the office out of desperation when I need to be seen immediately for some meds or my yearly bronchitis onset — they’ve always gotten me in same day or the very next which I appreciate muchly. Doc O’C has even gone so far as to crackberry it up with me to make sure I’m making a speedy recovery. I’ll take two of whatever you say and call you in the morning! The minus star? No parking on premise, you have to park at the hospital and walk a few blocks if you want the validation. Not his fault, but getting dinged the $ 24 for convenient parking makes one who already feels sick go from bad to worse.
