The delicious combination of smells garlic, onion and butter, introduced to the chef Yanitzin Sanchez to undertake the marvelous culinary journey
She owes her training to the years of study and preparation at the Culinary Institute of Mexico in Puebla, where she graduated from Chef International.
Originally from Toluca, Mexico, Chef Yanitzin Sanchez, developed her culinary talent experimenting with new tastes and trends while traveling in her country and Europe.
Part of her career despite her youth, Chef Yanni, as her clients and friends call her, is due in part to the work at the Ritz Carlton in Paris, Mayan Palace Acapulco and Cancun in Mexico, as part of their professional practices.
To finish their studies, entered at the Ecole de Paris Pattisserie Boulangere et Paris.
She decided to settle in Chicago and worked as Chef in the banquets area in the Art Institute of Chicago.
Now she opens Restaurant Sabor Saveur and the rest is history …
