rip off artists to be sure… i am a veteran, i bought a car from the muslim guy wiith fake american name mike. but really its the common muhammed name hiding behind god as they steal… i. put $ 11,000 down on a $ 16,000 vehicle. and paid it off in less than a year… think that that would make me a good valued customer right… wrong…
1 yr later i put 2 grand down on a 6 grand car… had a disagreement with muhamed on the first payment date. they changed their terms on me… and after 2 weeks late (illinois law allows repo after 7 days late)… they repossesed the car in the middle of the night after 1 month of ownership. .
.s&m takes full advantage of the 5 day or 7 day 5 repo law…
most reputable car dealers treat customers fairly, these guys set up agreements then repo your vehicle. outside of standard grace period practices. with no verbal communication
the dirtiest dealing lot on western… beware .these merchants are souless. as a veteran and a patriot how can i allow another customer to be dishonored ?? by not having the facts

01÷13÷15 stay away from these people .They are not professional at all and do not know how to treat people. They feel as they are on top of the world especially the the over weight guy that wears the blue sweater that has acne on his face. They asked for my ID and then forget to to give me back my belongings. They came with the excuse that «I lost it» Which is impossible. Please take your money somewhere else as you can see all the reviews here are bad. Avoiyd coming here.

All I can say is CROOKS! I went into the dealership by myself to purchase a car (which is a no-​no for a woman) and got jipped into buying a overpriced 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. I put down 2,000 on the car (which is all it should have been sold for) but it was priced at $ 3,500. They tacked on a %9 interest rate which I now know is waaaay to high for such a old car, which made my car note $ 288 a month (RIDICULOUS!!) I lost my job after I bought the car and was unable to afford the car note, mind you I was doing a «in-​house car note» because they could not get me financed because of my credit. I went in to negotiate with one of the managers, tall guy, strong accent, and black hair. I explained to him my situation and asked if I could get my car payments lowered or if I could pay on a different date and he would not reason with me at all. He was very disrespectful and kept demanding that I pay him the money that day or hand over my car keys right then and there! (the nerve!) I also had to have $ 500 worth of repair done on the car 2 weeks after I got it and they also wouldn’t fix the car when I told them of the problems. I will be taking them to court for this car so my advice to anyone reading this is to stay far away from this place! If you do go to any car dealership, especially on Western, make sure you read the fine print, do the math, and take a mechanic to inspect which ever vehicle you may be interested in.

This is a very very dishonest dealership BEWARE. This dealer sold me a car way overpriced and told me everything I wanted to here. It had a problem he said bring it back I will fix it if it has any other problems tell us when you bring it back we will fix it no problem well guess what this car has active safety recall on it at the time of sale with no mention to me. When I brought it back for the, to fix the first problem I noticed a bad oil leak he said we can fix it but we have to charge you. I payed it even though I shouldn’t have because they agreed to fix anything wring with it. When I fit my car back over three days later for a simple repair the oil was still leaking they just took my money. I called them and got nothing but the run around. I went there and they lied and said they fixed it and would not even look at it but gave me a number to a repair shop that he would charge me a cheap price. Why would I pay twice for something they were supposed to fix and then use someone they use again I don’t think so. I have been going back and fourth with this dealer for two months now all he can say is sold as is. Please BEWARE when purchasing from there they have no sense of what’s right and wrong they would try to sell you a car without a motor if they think you we’re dumb enough to fall for it. I went to S & M auto 5801 s western just to be clear I know they are all the same owner though I think it’s cinvienent this location is no longer listed on Unilocal

The transmission has gone out on the car, after 4 months, I’ll have to invest $ 3100.00 into buying a used trans or rebuilding it. Thank S & M autos! I totally have money to piss away on this piece of sh! t car you sold me… Also, Jack is magically back and re-​hired. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM S & M Auto!!!
