I was stranded with my bike near lake shore drive because of a broken clutch cable. I called RJ and they told me they would jump right in the car to help me. They told me it would take them about 45 minutes to reach me.
Indeed, in less then 45 minutes Rick came, he secured my bike safely in his truck and he drove me home with my bike. During the drive home we had great conversation and I learned that Rick is really a great guy!
To sum it up: fast, reliable and friendly service for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a bike towing service!
