Rick’s unofficial real estate career began in the early 2000’s when he purchased his first investment property to «flip». He quickly discovered that he had a passion for architecture, design, discovering/evaluating great properties and investments. This passion was reinforced a number of years later when he moved into and renovated a mid century ranch style home and was a finalist on HGTV’s show Bang for Your Buck. Rick was hooked.
Soon after this move, Rick decided to turn his enthusiasm into a career and has never looked back. Rick has the experience, knowledge, and drive to deliver a world-class experience to each of his clients from first time buyer to relocating corporate executive and everyone in between.
