History

Established in 2010.

Mary received her BSN, RN from Rush University College of Nursing

and went directly to work on a Medical Surgical Nursing floor at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. During her first 6 months at NMH Mary was given responsibilities usually reserved for senior staff; acting as Charge RN and preceptor for new graduates. While she enjoyed providing a high caliber of care to her patients, and the experience of hospital nursing; something was missing. When presented with an opportunity to apply her nursing skills and affinity for aesthetics at a medical spa, Mary jumped at the chance while continuing to work at Northwestern.

Several months after working at the medical spa Mary was promoted to Nurse manager of 5 med-​spa locations. It was at that time she chose to devote all of her time to cosmetic medicine. Mary has extensive training and experience with a wide array of cosmetic injectables (Botox®, Dysport™, Restylane®, Perlane®, Juvederm®, etc.).

Mary has extensive training and experience with a wide array of cosmetic injectables (Botox®, Dysport™, Restylane®, Perlane®, Juvederm®, etc.).

As RN manager she honed her skills by attending advanced training classes and continuing education seminars. She also worked with new hire RNs training them on injection techniques and how to approach the work not only as a medical procedure, but an art as well.

As an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nursing, Mary keeps her knowledge base and skills up to date with continuing education. Mary received her BSN from Rush and worked at Northwestern before finding her niche in cosmetic medicine.

Is there a negative star she is the most unreliable person you can meet. Blew me and a group of 7 girls off not once but twice. Didn’t even call or text she wasn’t showing to a big event. I’ve never come in counter with a more unprofessional person in my life.

i only had enough money for one syringe of restylane. mary understood this. she did a great job with just the one syringe. i am 56. no pain. no problems after the procedure. i am looking forward to more restylane!

Wow! What a rare find! I was not happy with the results I received at another very popular and overpriced spa in the Gold Coast that I’d been using for a few years and based on the Unilocal reviews, decided to try someone in my neighborhood. Let me start off by telling that I am extremely picky and have ridiculously high standards. That being said, Mary comes to you and I was able to get an appointment the same day I contacted her. How convenient is that? She’s a registered nurse who even takes refresher classes to learn the most cutting edge techniques to give you the best results. Her prices are beyond reasonable and she even takes credit cards. She is very personable, never in a rush and treats her clients like long lost friends. On top of that, she is very clean and on top of her game with meeting all health code standards. I honestly can’t say enough great things about her! A+ service!

I was looking for a qualified individual in the city to do some work rather than having to drive to my usual person in Barrington for a few little things.. .
Mary was flexible with scheduling and right near my house, so that combined with her favorable Unilocal reviews led me to her.
I am extremely pleased with the outcome and will definitely be going back to her for anything else that I might want to touch up :)
I’m extremely picky (hence the driving all the way out to Barrington for a little filler or laser to my usual office) and if you are having ANYTHING put in your face you absolutely should be.. .Mary did a great job and I will definitely be sending my friends to her as well.

I love Mary! She did a fabulous job with my injectables and is an artist with a needle. No pain, no bruising. She even saved the leftover Juvederm until I healed to make sure everything was perfect and placed the rest after we knew exactly where it needed to go. Highly highly recommend and I am VERY picky! :) She made me feel totally comfortable and is very cool to talk to and down to earth. I was able to go out the very same night with minimal makeup looking fabulous :)

I have been nervous about getting botox but one of my girlfriends referred me to Mary. I am so glad she did! Mary made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions and made me look great! I was scared of losing all movement in my face but I look the same just with a little less wrinkles. I can’t wait for her to come back and do my filler. If you’re hesitant of doctors offices and med spas, you have to call Mary!
