Rebell offers small group training at affordable rates. You can expect progressive kettlebell training from RKC certified trainers, Jungle Gym Suspension Training, body weight exercises, and circuit training that is modified for all fitness levels and body types.



Other added benefits include; improved strength, mobility, core stability, and flexibility, lean and tone, spending less time in the gym, increased cardio/​muscular endurance, burn 1200+ calories/​hour, enhance function and performance, and full body conditioning. We welcome all fitness levels and you can expect to be actively educated every time you step foot in the door. Try out an intro class every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm or Saturday at 11am.

History

Established in 2011.

Rebell is not a gym. We do not have bootcamp classes, long lines for treadmills, or a pretentious and aggressive staff that will try to hard sell you. We did not invent anything and present no new fad to make you think that you are getting cutting edge training. What we are is a community based on education, integrity, and progression.

The practices that we put into our programming are based on our cumulative experience and the philosophies of the top minds in the strength and conditioning movement. People like Pavel Tsatsouline, Brett Jones, Mike Boyle, Juan Carlos Santana, Gray Cook, and many more who are the most sought after trainers in the world. We believe in a humble approach to our profession, knowing that there is always something that you can be better at and that learning is a never ending process. Our mission is to relay what we learn to our clients in order to provide them with a solid foundation from which to build their fitness lifestyle.
