History

Established in 2011.

R3 Essentials started as a journey to heal myself with permanent and safe changes after several surgeries and plenty of prescriptions that damaged my whole system. Today, even when I’m still walking that path to my higher goal, my life has changed in a very positive way feeling more energized, able to sleep without problems, able to eat and digest better and full of happiness. Therefore, I decided to share what I learned, helping people to reach a better understanding on how both, food and relationship with our surroundings have the most significant impact in our lives and how we can modify it to heal.

I use holistic education and energy healing to help you to achieve those goals!
