Having lived near R&A for a few years now, I can say I really enjoy it and it always comes through. I probably visit here twice a week to get some groceries. The guys who work here are always friendly and helpful. It may not have the huge selection or variety of chain stores, but I’ve found it to be more than adequate when needing the basics. Good beer selection too!

Liquor way overpriced. Going to report them because they are clearly price gouging. 5th of Jameson is $ 32. 10 dollars more than Binnys.

I’ve been too scared to walk in. This place is in need of a fresh paint job and some major TLC curb side. Yuck

Eh, I prefer my what feels like a second home 7⁄11 on clark but this place was fine for just grabbing a bottle of water on my way to work. Quite dark and dingy and the older man behind the counter was watching some sporting event while I stood at the counter for like three minutes before I spoke up…

Great convenience store. Plenty of wine. The guys who work there remember me by name and are very friendly when I come in to get my daily bottle of booze. I just wish it was open later so I could buy even more booze at later times.

Now, I must say I have only popped in, was looking for nothing particular, but wow, was my selection limited. It was pretty warm out and I was in search of a nice chilled pint and possibly a snack. I came in smiling to the counter steward and she was involved in her thoughts or phone conversation(hard to tell). It was hot out so I glanced at their juices, waters, and pops, only to be shocked that twenty ounces of pops was nearly two dollars. I figured that beer might be a better choice for that price and almost cartwheeled right out of there when I saw their Heineken twenty-two’s were probably four dollars or so with tax. I’d rather come on back to Humboldt Park and get a six pack for the same price =/ They probably sell diapers and stuff too, but I’ll admit I was a bit preoccupied with not being greeted =/
