This lot just east of the Long Room (on Irving Park Road, just west of Ashland) sells great pumpkins! They have some real beauties for $ 12 – 15, but most of the carving pumpkins are $ 7 or $ 8. Pie pumpkins are $ 3 and they also have some gourds and decorations. They don’t sell carving kits but recommended the ones they have at Walgreens. The attendant, Jim, has many carving tips and carries the pumpkins to your car.
These folks are super kind and are well known for their Christmas tree farm that also supplies trees in this lot.
