History

Established in 2009.

Property Cleanout Services, Inc. merged with a local mold remediation company in the winter of 2009 to help bolster our already existing mold services division.

The merger brought nearly 10 years of additional mold remediation experience to our company as well as some of the finest professionals in the industry.

Originally, Property Cleanout Services, Inc. was established as a comprehensive property preservation business that worked exclusively to help clean and maintain foreclosed properties– a core service we still provide today.

However, since the merger, we have enjoyed working with the general public to offer our high quality mold services at below industry pricing.

Manager

Ken has more than 10 years of industry experience and holds multiple national certifications through the Mold Inspection Consuting and Remediation Organizatio (MICRO).

He prides himself on getting personally involved with every single property we work on and takes his job seriously as he recognizes that your health and home are at stake with every job we perform.
