Manager

Simon Malek has managed a broad portfolio of commercial properties in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. He has more than seven years of property management experience and has contributed significantly to the expansion of third-​party assets under management.

Simon is a natural leader, savvy negotiator and dedicated to delivering tremendous value to clients. Simon’s ability to solve problems, deal with emergencies and get things done make him the favorite among property owners.

Simon received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Roosevelt University in 2005 and earned his MBA from the same institution in June of 2007. He is a member of the

International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the World Association of Limousine Drivers and Owners (WALDO).
