History

Established in 2003.

Dr. Geldner has been in practice since 1990 and in 2003 opened The Geldner Center because he believes that Cosmetic Surgery should be practiced in a manner that puts patients and their needs first. Dr. Geldner was one of the first Plastic Surgeons to offer patients a concierge experience.

Seeking to take the skills he provides to the next level, Dr. Geldner is analytical and inquisitive, only integrating the advancements he feels will help heighten the care he can deliver. «There is a tendency to embrace the ‘next big thing’ as it comes available, but that’s not what we do at The Geldner Center; we only integrate proven, educational and results oriented technologies.» In particular, Dr. Geldner recently introduced the Axis Portrait 3D into his practice which simulates potential breast augmentation results so patients can try different types of implants as well as various shapes and sizes.

Almost 20 years ago, Dr. Geldner did my amazing breast reduction, following by reconstruction of my nose after I broke it several places… LAter after I had my kids a tummy tuck. He is kind and a perfectionist!!! I could not have asked for better results !! He is the BEST!

My greatest thanks to Dr. Geldner and his team! I had, what I would call an emergency, a deflated 15 year old saline breast implant. Luckily I work in an industry where I deal with a lot of female clients that have high praises for Dr. Geldner. I tripped during a marathon training run and hit the pavement hard enough to break a breast implant. I didn’t know what to do and was scared! I remembered Dr. Geldner’s name in my state of panic and called his after hours answering service. I received a call back within 5 minutes by Dr. Geldner. I was shocked because I was not a patient of his and did not expect that type of response. He was able to calm me down and met me at his office that afternoon after he finished a full day of surgeries. WOW! He is a very caring person and I immediately felt comfortable around him. I met Dr. Geldner, in a state of panic, on a Friday and was squeezed in on the following Tuesday for my surgery. I do not react well to anesthesia and have not had surgery in 15 years because of how sick i get. Needless to say I was afraid to have my implants removed and replaced. Dr. Geldner assured me he would do whatever he could, along with his amazing anesthesiologist, to make sure I would not wake up sick. I woke up feeling great! I am one month post op and have had 3 follow up appointments with no complications. I am sharing my story in hopes of helping anyone in need of a great doctor. My breasts look and feel very natural. Thank you Dr. Geldner. Thank you to the staff at The Geldner Center and the surgery center.

Dr Peter Geldner did everything to the specifications that I received. Dr. Geldner understood what my needs were not his needs. The man is a kind, compassionate and a pure genius. My breast reduction has made my over all health show major improvement and I feel amazing. My safety was never at risk due to the care I received. I recently had medically necessary breast surgery with Dr. Peter Geldner. I have had an outstandingly positive experience with Dr. Geldner, his partner Dr. Iteld, and all the staff at the Geldner Center. My experience could not have been improved — it really rates 6 stars!
Dr. Geldner treated me with compassion, kindness and the highest degree of surgical skill. The results he has achieved went beyond my dreams and expectations. His care and integrity have impressed me deeply. Even though I am an insurance patent not a private one, everyone at the Geldner Center has treated me with the greatest warmth, respect and concern. I have been able to see the doctor (and even receive call-​backs outside hours) at any time I needed to. When I developed a common complication, the response was immediate and caring and it was resolved swiftly. The staff have been friendly, responsive and efficient at all times. I have found the same dedication to extend from Drs Geldner and Iteld through the whole practice.
As part of his comprehensive plastic surgery practice, Dr. Geldner routinely performs breast surgery procedures on difficult cases such as mine that other surgeons don’t even attempt — making the difference between keeping, not losing, sensation and blood supply. It is luminously clear that he takes great pride in doing his absolute best. Having seen me in person or thru photos, both my physical therapist and the online breast health community I belong to have told me that his work on me is extraordinary and of the highest quality. Yet in talking to him, from my first consultation on, it seemed entirely normal and ‘doable.’ He met my embarrassment with kindness and objectivity. The results have changed my life in the best way — honestly to me it seems little short of miraculous. I am thrilled and deeply grateful.
