Bad customer service and policy. I was purchasing tacos for family and friends on different occasions and they refused to wrap them separately so what would happen is this you would get your tacos mixed up with other people’s tacos and then no one wanted them I brought it to their attention on several times but they never fix the problem so I went today as a upset customer not happy with the customer service and asked what would they do for me and the most I got was sorry will try to do better in the future well they hadn’t did better in the future and I just laugh apparently they didn’t see it fit to promo and item for their mistakes well they will lose much more because I was spending $ 30 or more each visit and it’s very hard to pay bills when customers with money are not bringing you any requests I can only say whoever is the owner he may not know that his management and customer service will causes restaurant to go under because no customers causes no restaurant

I always order carry out. For no reason just that we eat at different times and it’s more convenient. When you order Laura usually answers the phone and you can rest assure she takes great care of your order! The quality is good the price is right.

Very overpriced and just not good. I had the combo it was a drink, two tacos and fries for $ 6.50. The chicken taco tasted like canned chicken, it was pretty bad. They also use corn tortillas, so you know they are cheap to make. My fiancée had a combo also his was $ 6.50 but was two small steak tacos and a rice water, which was very watered down. The steak was pretty good. I don’t think I will be back unfortunately. Also 20 minutes after eating we were both in the bathroom.

They have just okay customer service. I don’t like going to a restaurant and I feel like the staff are best friends taking and laughing makes me think they aren’t focusing on there jobs. Prices TOO high they have too remember places like chillies offer taco nachos for way cheaper and at a sit down restaurant . Food is pretty good they have a funky looking nacho chess that makes me not want to eat it. It’s like watered down or something.

Absolutely most frustrating place to order by phone. Have literally been placed on hold, in the middle of giving my order(this is after the mandatory ‘please hold’ given the moment they pick up the phone!) so they can take other orders. Yes. Plural. How do I know this? Cuz putting me on hold consisted of sitting the receiver down, allowing me to hear everything going on! Food is good but not worth the hurdles required.

My recent visit to the southside I was not sure what I wanted for lunch. Then I notice the infamous sign in the sky. I had to grab my chicken fajita fix. I am glad I did and the plate was loaded with fresh sauteed green peppers, tomatoes and onions. Flour tortilla was my favorite, garnished with gucamole and sour cream on the side. I could not pass up the Mexican Coca Cola bottles, I had to order one. The portions were plenty and even took some home. This location has a drive thru which was something new to me. However the chicken fajitas take a bit to cook. So calling ahead is suggested if you are in a rush.
