We specialize in small corporate and individual tax returns and compilation work for small business. Currently, we are accepting new clients with businesses, but unfortunately we can’t fit any new individual tax clients into our tax season schedule.

History

Established in 1959.

John Karahalios founded the firm as a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit in 1959, and we have been in business continuously since then. John passed away in 1996, but his name was kept on the letterhead until 2008, and his influence will never be forgotten.

Randy had been doing my family’s taxes for years. Filing Form A was the norm for me as a single guy in college. But as life became more complicated, it was great to have Randy there to uncomplicate things. He always does a thoughtful and detailed job, and really cares about me and my family.
