Passport Visa Express​.com is officially registered with the Washington, DC Passport Agency and recognized by the US Department of State as a US passport expeditor. Our Washington, DC Metro area office is opened within minutes of Embassy Row and the US Passport Office.

In 2002 Passport Visa Express​.com opens an office in Chicago, IL and is officially registered with the Chicago Passport Agency and recognized by the US Department of State as a US passport expeditor.

We have successfully established long term relationships with all of the Embassies and Consulates in the USA. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. The website is easy to use. Their customer service was responsive and friendly. They keep you posted throughout the process so you are never left wondering if everything is going smoothly. I sent my passport out on Tuesday and received it back on Thursday morning. I would definitely recommend their services if you are in a rush.

Everything went as scheduled. Their website kept me up to date with exactly what was happening with my application and when it would be returned to me. Automatic shipping labels made the process a breeze. When I had questions (and I had many), their customer service was extremely friendly and actually confirmed information with their superiors when they weren’t positive about the answer.
, by contrast (the other big dog in the industry), gave me incorrect information, and initially led me to believe that I would not be able to obtain a full-​year work visa without submitting my visa application in person (which would have cost hundreds of additional dollars). A friend of mine who used their service even nearly missed his flight after they mailed his completed visa to the wrong address.
Getting a last minute visa is incredibly stressful, particularly when you’re on a budget and your career depends on it. Passport Visas Express treated my business with the seriousness it deserved. Many kudos for that.

Due to their negligence of loosing my passport, I had to reapply for another passport and was only granted one with a one-​year validity. I had to reapply for another not realizing the short period and I missed a flight to China. I have spent over $ 3k in additional fees and a ticket loss due to this company. I am inclined to file a lawsuit against them for their handling of the situation.

I was in a terrible time crunch to get my visa before my trip (only 8 business days before I left) and the Consulate specifies that it will take a minimum of 5 business days to process each request. Well I submitted my paperwork to Passportvisasexpress and they received it Monday at 10:30pm, I was expecting it back the next week and shockingly they worked their magic and got me the visa the very next day. The consulate was expecting delays within the next week so the couriers handling my package got the process done for me in just one day. Talk about amazing service! Worth every single penny and I cannot recommend this service enough if you are in a time constraint or are unable to apply for your visa/​passport in person. Thanks so much to the people at Passportvisasexpress you guys are awesome.

From a personal standpoint:
Walking into their office was like walking into the home of someone I had know for years. They were beyond helpful and to say that they were friendly would be an understatement. I count them among friends and will be sending them Christmas cards.
From a business stand point:
I brought my paperwork to them on Friday. They had my passport in hand by Monday at 4:30pm. The price of the service was cheaper than the other 2 companies I had talked to.
My only regret is that I will not need a new passport until 2021.

Amazing!!! I was very, very reluctant to use a visa expediting service because I’m pretty much a scaredy-​cat. But, I hated not knowing when I would be approved to move overseas, so I took a gamble. The British Consulate already had my documentation when I first called
. I got an email back saying it could be up to 12 weeks, which was NOT pleasant news. Anyway, I called Passportvisaexpress on a Monday morning and gave them permission to take over my application from the Consulate. They picked it that morning and then called me later that very afternoon to tell me that I was approved. I got my Visa via FedEx the next day, stamped and ready for me to leave for the UK the next week. This was a TREMENDOUS relief! Tanya was very kind as well – as I mentioned before, I’m a total scaredy-​cat and called her several times in a panic and she was very patient and answered all of my questions.
Oh, and to add to it, since the Consulate had already started my application, PVE gave me a price break – they only charged me $ 50 as opposed to the normal $ 85. DEFINITELY WORTH IT!
