My Name is Max Pars, I was a Graduate student in University of IL. In Chicago Circle. I was invited to a birthday party and met this Iranian guy

which could not speak english and purchased a restaurant, relying on his 16 years old daughter. told me his problems with the restaurant, next day I met him and that was the begining of getting involve with restaurant business. When I purchased it was a chicken place, the year was 1976, after one year I changed to Pars Cove. I had previous exprience and I did work on my undergraute in restaurant, starting as a cook and after a year move to managing it (Sirloin Steak House In Carbondale IL.
