Dealt with this realtor when she was the listing agent on a property we wanted. She changed our showing time less than 3 hours before our showing was scheduled. This was a property that we had scheduled the showing 2 days in advance. I literally had to run from work to the train in order to make it on time. Then, once in the property, she was unfriendly and bordering on snotty when I asked any questions. We made and offer and that process became a nightmare as well. The whole process of dealing with her makes me want to avoid any properties with her name on it.

Pamela handled a rental condo we owned, both its initial listing in 2014 and its relisting, and sale, in 2015. Recommended by friends, she did a perfect job for us. She dealt with a difficult renter who was very fussy about showings, and a really obnoxious realtor representing the buyer, handling every situation with professionalism and much more tact than I would have offered.
It’s difficult to find good professionals for an individual to deal with. I would recommend Pamela to anyone for any residential real estate transaction.
