History

Established in 1986.

Oscar was the first owner in 1986, and he quickly established this location as one of the first independent collision repair shops on the Elston corridor in Chicago.

Spiro bought the business in 2008, bringing his savvy mechanical expertise to the table. Oscar’s Auto Body & Mechanical quickly became the one-​stop-​shop for automotive repair and collision.

In 2012, Oscar’s Auto Body and NAPA Auto Parts joined forces making us the first NAPA Auto Care & Collision Center in north Chicago.

Business Owner

A graduate from the Automotive Technical Institute, Spiro is an ASE Certified Master Mechanic with a specialization in Advanced Engine Performance & Emissions-​Related repairs.

On the weekends, however, Spiro enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.

Oh, and coffee… Spiro loves coffee!
