Meet the Manager
Anthony F.
Manager
With a lifetime of experience with the family company, Anthony Fiore quickly realized his passion for the food industry. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both marketing and economics from the University of Iowa in 2002, Anthony immediately pursued an independent career in food and beverage brokerage while maintaining a position with Open Kitchens.
Open Kitchens, a Chicago based food services company in business for over 20 years, provides 30,000 meals to well over 100 daycares, CPS schools and approximately 6,000 to meals to Meals on Wheels Chicago. Anthony also assists Open Kitchens in operating four golf course restaurants and concessions. In 2003, Anthony was promoted to Director of Operations with Open Kitchens and continues to aid in the company’s growth.
