2 Stars for convenience — Being right downstairs, and the hours are also great/​convenient.
1 Star for price, not great but not too terrible, some items are better priced than others.
No stars for service, just recently they kept a garment of mine for 3 weeks before mentioning to me that they wouldn’t clean it. (after I had inquired 2 different times) They have also returned a white garment to me with spotting on it, and offered to fix it but that was another week so that garment took 2 ½ weeks to clean.
Overall, if you don’t live in the building I would make it a point to take your business elsewhere, especially there being so many choices in the city

It is very convenient. Just downstairs. Price is OK. All my clothes came back clean and like new.
I missed Mrs Lee, she is very nice.
