This company is really bad, have a scheduled pick up but they didn’t show up, and what is even worse was they didn’t call to let us know they couldn’t come. Happened more than 3 times. Called the representative and they just told me they will call next time when they can’t come, which is they told me the same things over and over again when they couldn’t come and they gave me too many excuses too. what a great company. Make sure you think twice, thrice if you want to deal with them.

they either do not have good information to give, or they just lie — not sure which.
paying for lift gate doesn’t guarantee lift gate service.
promised delivery dates/​times nearly never honored
out for delivery doesn’t mean it will actually get delivered that day, or even the next.
