When someone calls saying they’ve lost both their hearings aids, it seems insensitive for the person answering the phone too first explain how much it’s all gonna cost right off the bat. No sh*t b*tch, I was already wearing them I know that they’re expensive without insurance how the f*uck you think I feel about it? And also an apt next week isn’t gonna cut it.

My ENT Doctor from when I was little retired… about seven years ago I was having sinus problems and I was referred to this office. Dr Vukas is my doctor. He performed the surgery on my deviated septum back then… everything ran smooth. He explained everything in great detail and is just a great doctor.
I had to come back to this office recently as I’ve been having some vertigo/​inner ear issues — again, everything was great. I live out in the burbs and refuse to find another specialist, I will keep coming to this office.

The front office is helpful and extremly nice, the tech was awesome, paper work a breeze and all my info was electronic, including my primary doctor and the pharmacy that fills my prescriptions.
The doctor was approachable, and very good, knew what I needed and actually did the proceedure himself!
