New Ogden Milwaukee Currency Exchange,Inc.

Wow — just moved to the neighborhood last week and needed to buy a vehicle sticker and a Ventra Card. The woman who helped me was friendly, and it was nice that they have a small parking lot out back. However, once I got home and tried to activate my Ventra Card, it won’t work. Ventra says the Currency Exchange didn’t do anything to register my card, or the value I put on it (thankfully, only $ 10) — I went back to the currency exchange and tell them all this, and the guy working is absolutely no help and says I have a receipt, that proves they sold me the card, but he can’t help. Totally worthless. I’m still haggling with Ventra, who at least was finally able to register my card and give me the $ 5 activation credit, but the $ 10 value I originally put on the card is gone. So, basically, this currency exchange stole $ 15 from me. Not cool.

They have parking. That makes them a great asset. Use them for the notary stamp!

Friendly, quick, and painless. Our plates expired on one of are vehicles, I guess the renewal got lost. We just brought in the last years info and they took care of it all.
I was in/​out in less than five minutes.

I never thought that I would be writing a review about a currency exchange, but this one is top of the line. Not only are Michael and Sue efficient and helpful– THEY ARE FRIENDLY.
I used to resent going to the currency exchanges closer to my house. I can never park in the Gold Coast and if you can– $ 3.00 to park to get a roll of quarters? I think not! This currency exchange– I think it’s called New Ogden Milwaukee (that’s what the free calender says) has a nice FREE lot in the back.
I took my change there the other day to be counted and walked out with $ 91.00 (after a small fee).
Every time I go to my BANK, the tellers roll their eyes when they see a huge bag of change– I can’t understand why either. They charge you also unless you have a gazillion dollars in your account.
Sue took my change bag and pleasantly made conversation during the small wait. Cash and customer service– what a deal.
