Staff was friendly. It was my first time and I didn’t really know what to do and nothing was really explained.
The deep tissue massage was great! Thorough and comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and brand new. The masseuse did, however, kind of smack my back to show «okay I’m done» and that was abrupt and uncomfortable. Other than that, the massage was amazing.
My boyfriend and I called and reserved a couples massage, and they neglected to tell us that it was in two separate rooms.
Overall, I’d go back again. The point was to get an awesome massage and I definitely did.

Massage is the best. I had an appointment for 530 and still had to wait 40min. Wouldnt redeem the Unilocal offer that says $ 10. Off any service. After multiple visits I see they have a frquent buyer punch card. Was never given one. Sign outside says 50.00 but I was charged 70.00.
My massage was cut short 15 min. Had an appointment for couples massage but when I got there they didnt do couples massage. She answered the phone in the middle of the massage.

This place is great they are very attentive and very detailed about your massage. I recommend going there.

I have not been here since December 2013, I just walked in June 2014 & noticed it looked different it is now different management, different staff. I said to the lady at the counter as soon as I entered (oh, you are new owners?) She said (No, we’ve been here for a long time) total lie, I had been there more than 5times last year, but I really needed a massage so I decided to give them a try, as soon as I entered the lady walked me to the room & said (pay first) I was ok with that, but then she said (go ahead get ready) & walked out shut the door. I felt weird, then she came back literally 30 seconds later & said (oh, you need more time) she was totally rushing, I looked around & the place looked dirty, the bed had old stained sheets & hair, I left & will not come back again!

I went there for a facial and have my eye brows tinted and waxed. Their cosmetologist Eva is awesome. I have never had my eye brows done so beautifully before. And I have been having my brows tinted for many years. I also enjoyed the facial. The procedure took more than an hour and she did massage my face and neck and even my feet while my face was steamed and treated with a cleaning mask.
I did not try their general massage. But their facial procedures are well worth trying.
My only reservation is please, clean the side walk! It is icy and dangerous to go inside.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. The service was terrible and you can get a better massage almost anywhere.

I was disappointed with this place. I came in last week because I really needed a massage to help with some sore back muscles, and my usual place was pretty booked. They had a $ 55 special for first time clients and I was able to get in right away… sounded pretty good. However, once I arrived I was escorted to the massage room and noted a few red flags right off the bat. First, the room was bright, no relaxaing dim lighting. Second, the massage table seemed pretty flimsy and not that sturdy. These two things weren’t deal-​breakers, I was still hopeful for a quality massage at that point. However, the massage I recieved was one of worst I’ve ever had. My massage therapist applied very firm pressure to the point it was uncomfortable. She periodically adjusted when I asked, but never seemed to apply the right pressure. What was worse was the rhythm, her hands constantly moved really fast to the point it was not soothing at all. She also yawned a lot during my massage, which I thought was kind of weird. She also left the room a few times. She seemed to slam the door each time she returned, futher contributing to the not-​so-​relaxing environement. At least she was friendly. Overall, a poor massage that was not worth the money. Don’t expect a lot of attention to details. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to others.

I found the place through Unilocal,I went there after chicago marathon. The fist timer is $ 55 as of ²⁰¹¹⁄₁₀. Actually, the place looks better inside than outside. The room is calm and relaxing with aroma candles. I had Swedish massage for 60min. The technique was pretty good. I felt so much better after. The bad is they accept cash only.

This morning I woke up and had a lot of back pain. I wanted to get a massage to work out the kinks and sore spots in my back, but did not want to spend a lot of money or wait for an appointment. My neighborhood has quite of few of these kind of «spa’s», which are really massage parlours. I was expecting something shady when I walked by, and noticed the $ ⁵⁵⁄₁ hour massage special sign. However, I was pleasantly surprised. This spa is very clean and organized, they have a lot of services available, and Tatiyana gave me one of the best massages I have ever received in my life. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I thought their prices were rather inflated for being a mid-​range salon, in my neighborhood. The next time I come, and I will be coming back, it will cost me $ 70 for an hour massage, I expect to pay that downtown or St. Ben’s, but not in Irving Park.
