In addition to meeting with clients in our office, we offer convenient consultations for simple questions by telephone and e-​mail. We request that the client fax us his or her immigration paperwork, then we call or write to discuss the client’s immigration alternatives. We always deduct our low consultation fee from future invoices for substantive work.

Nancy M. Vizer founded her law firm in 2001 to provide an outlet for immigration clients to receive personalized service. The firm almost always charges a flat fee, so that clients can know exactly what to expect. Ms. Vizer works directly with each of her clients, rather than delegating work to a team that the client may never meet. The staff remains fully familiar with each of Ms. Vizer’s cases, and is able to answer questions when Ms. Vizer is occupied with other matters, but clients always have access to Ms. Vizer for their substantive concerns.

Nancy M. Vizer concentrates her practice in immigration law. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association., where she has served on several committees. Her mission as an attorney is to provide employment and family sponsored immigration, with personalized service, to clients worldwide.

Ms. Vizer is a frequent speaker about immigration topics at community and legal events. Her clients have included both small and large business enterprises in many fields, including universities, high tech, hospitality, marketing and healthcare. She also frequently assists clients with family sponsored immigration.

In addition to her law degree, Ms. Vizer has an MBA, which assists her in understanding and working with the unique needs of her corporate clients.
