Nelson is currently the Service Manager for NADA Technologies, he is currently holding ITIL Expert Level and seven ITIL practitioner certifications as well as other IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA). With many years of technical operational experience, he bring real world into all of our engagements.
