Museum Park Tower One

I’ve lived at Museum Park for two years. I used to really like the management — quick email replies, understanding with delays (it took a couple of weeks to get the mandatory rental insurance, for example). However, in the past few months things have really gone downhill. I am very excited to be leaving.
First, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone through email. I tried to reserve a party room for, literally, months, and would never receive responses from the contact, Donna. I finally got a response the Wednesday before I needed it. I dropped off a check on a Thursday afternoon (for a Saturday party), and Donna said she never got it. Thus, I couldn’t have my graduation party the party room, an amenity for residents, and had to have it in my apartment. This was a huge pain — crowded, hot, and I had to tell guests of the last-​minute change. There was never an apology or anything. I just got the envelope with my check/​contract back the following week. Further, the use of the party room isn’t gratuitous/​free or anything — I tried to pay a $ 500 deposit and a $ 500 rental fee, only to have nothing work.
Next, when I was trying to move, I emailed the new building manager, Pamela, to set a move-​out date, and didn’t receive any response either. I had to email her 3x before getting a response. I used to be able to email for anything when the former manager, Ted, was in place.
Lastly, I very rarely have parties (though I do have a friend or two visit very frequently), and received no noise complains for the first ~20 months I lived there. Then, I received several complaints in the span of a couple of weeks. I’m not sure what the change was, or if I just got newer, more sensitive neighbors, but it’s rather annoying to have the police threatened to be called when it’s like, 11 pm on a Saturday night. I have never heard any of my neighbors — literally.
The doormen/​women are fantastic though — they should get 5 stars. Very friendly, know your name, don’t give frequent guests a hard time. As is the maintenance staff, though sometimes it can take a few days for a problem to be resolved (usually one’s landlord’s fault, since this is a condo building, but still, pretty annoying that there was a week delay in fixing the broken lock — kind of a big deal — on my door).
The management company charges for every little thing — use of the party room (at least $ 500), move in/​out ($ 200 each time), any minor repair to your unit (even though I imagine my landlord pays a high assessment fee each month).
