All in, our four unique floors include an art gallery, industrial loft-​like suite, stunning penthouse, 6,000sq/ft rooftop terrace, and underground lounge. History

Established in 2015.

The large industrial and warehousing brick buildings within the Fulton Market neighborhood dating to the late 19^th century have undergone recent transformation in which traditional and innovative businesses coexist amid an evolving mixed-​use landscape. Morgan’s on Fulton has experienced major renovations since its first use by produce commission merchant Litman & Co. in 1921. Having changed hands many times, it was most recently renovated by James Geier, founder of 555 International. Known for creating some of the city’s most lavish interiors including, Girl & the Goat and Soho House Chicago, Geier has created a gallery and private event space unlike any other venue in Chicago.
